Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with customers.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams for order execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery, and payments.
• Maintain customer and sales data in Excel/CRM/ERP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Support the sales team in lead generation and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow up on pending enquiries.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/engineering products will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
