CNC VMC Machine Operation

Candidate Profile

Must be having experience of making programs & run the Machine.

Part programme making, making changes in existing programme & part development with hands on experience of handling the machine.

Worked on HAAS or BFW VMC machines, Additional knowledge of CNC lathe preferred,

should have knowledge of cutters and inserts, able to inspect the machined part with STD measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometre, dial gauge etc.), can be able to work in shifts.

Technical Skills

Able to read 2D drawings perfectly,

able to make 2D Programmes,

Able to do all cycle of programmes (Fanuc Control- Preferred HAAS, BFW machines).

Should know all the VMC machine programming cycles.

Knowledge of work offset and tool offset,

should know how to clamp or Hold the part and be able to select proper tooling for material cutting,

Should have experience on handling & programming the machine.

Knowledge of Measuring instruments & drawing reading,

Able to handle basic preventive maintenance.

Good behavioural etiquettes,

Team work (able to work in team cohesively), Good Communication Skills, Cooperative approach with Subordinates & Superiors.
