Candidate must have experience in machine design, such as complete machines, machine assemblies, or complete SPM projects. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in motion dynamics, pneumatics, mechanical aptitude and Manufacturing practical knowledge. Candidate must be experienced and capable to work with Solid works (Mandatory).

B.E Mechanical Engineering, M.E/M.S/M-Tech Mechanical Engineering

Develop detailed mechanical engineering designs for high-precision printing and packaging machines.

Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.

Develop machine concepts, assemblies, layouts, and detailed manufacturing drawings.

Analyze and evaluate design concepts based on functionality, performance, cost, and manufacturability.

Select and specify suitable bought-out components.

Perform sizing and selection of servo/stepper motors, linear guideways, bearings, sensors, fasteners, and other mechanical components.

Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, assembly, and surface treatments.

Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and machine assemblies.

Handle individual machine-design projects from concept development through detailed engineering.

Coordinate with manufacturing, purchase, electrical, assembly, and other engineering teams.

Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability.

Support troubleshooting and design modifications during machine assembly, testing, and commissioning.

Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, company procedures, and documentation requirements.
