Diploma / B.E. Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect powder-coated components during in-process and final inspection. 

• Check coating thickness, gloss, adhesion, color, and surface finish. 

• Identify and control coating defects. 

• Maintain inspection records and quality reports. 

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA. 

• Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues. 

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, and quality standards. 

• Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
