Civil Engineer
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of real estate projects, including residential developments, plotted layouts, and gated communities.
Take overall responsibility for site execution and ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and plans.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and key performance indicators to ensure timely completion.
Analyze and interpret survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and topographical data for project planning and execution.
Coordinate with architects, RCC designers, landscape consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Supervise and manage labour, contractors, subcontractors, and site activities.
Monitor the quality and progress of construction work and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate material requirements and support timely procurement for site activities.
Identify site-level issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, work progress, and project-related records.
Monitor construction activities from soil analysis and site preparation through project completion.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and construction requirements.
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate construction and development projects.
Strong knowledge of site execution and construction management.
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate labour and contractors.
Comprehensive knowledge of civil construction activities, from soil analysis/site preparation to project completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, blueprints, and survey data.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Must own a personal vehicle.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site execution.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing projects within timelines.
Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and last drawn salary.
