B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the tasks of solar engineers and site teams

• Take daily task updates from juniors and present them in a weekly and monthly format to the management

• Make SLDs and ensure cable sizing, etc

• Implement SOPs for cable sizing, site visits, and SLDs

• Help with Project tracking tool, project management, net metering management tool, and RMS tool

• Co-ordinate with vendors and labor during project management to ensure timely completion

• Research New Content and companies in the solar field

• Understand the process of liaising with MSEDCL and prepare documents accordingly

• Perform any other administrative and office job if required

Skills Required:

• Based in Nashik or willing to move to Nashik immediately

• Knowledge of MS Office and AUTOCAD is a must

• Previous experience in SketchUp or ARKA is desirable

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Regional language is a strong plus

• Past experience of 1-2 years in the solar space is essential

• Experience in Solar/Renewable sector is preferred

• Must have a B.E., B.Tech (Electrical)
