8–10 years of relevant experience in New Product Development, Engineering, Tool Room, Process Development, or Manufacturing.

Strong practical experience in NPD, process development, industrialization, and manufacturing engineering.

Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and production activities will be preferred.
