Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work independently on fabrication, assembly, and installation tasks, especially in the field of hydraulic machinery. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately. • Perform marking on metal components as per drawings. • Operate gas cutting equipment to cut raw materials to required dimensions. • Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, and other essential mechanical operations. • Fit and assemble hydraulic press frames, cylinders, and various machine components. • Conduct alignment and final fitting of parts to ensure operational functionality. • Work collaboratively with turners, welders, and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications: • ITI in Fitter Trade or equivalent. • Assist in installation and servicing of hydraulic machines at customer sites when required. • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or hydraulics-focused company. • Proficient in handling hand tools, gas cutters, drilling machines, and fitting equipment. • Ability to understand and work from technical drawings independently. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
