We are looking for an experienced Manager – Machine Automation who can lead automation engineering activities and drive the development, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of advanced machine automation systems.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Structured Text (ST) PLC programming and extensive hands-on experience in PLC, motion control, robotics, machine vision, safety systems, HMI, and machine synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage machine automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop and review PLC programs using Structured Text (ST) and Ladder Logic.
• Lead motion-control programming for servo and stepper motor applications.
• Design and integrate robotics solutions for automated machines.
• Implement and troubleshoot machine vision systems.
• Develop and validate machine safety logic and safety systems.
• Design and implement HMI systems and operator interfaces.
• Develop accurate software ratios and calculations for machine synchronization.
• Lead machine testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, design, and production teams.
• Guide automation engineers and technicians in project execution and troubleshooting.
• Ensure automation projects meet quality, performance, and delivery requirements.
• Support customer-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.
• Maintain technical documentation, programming standards, and project records.
