We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity / SOC / NOC Fresher to join our IT security and network operations team. The candidate will monitor security and network events, identify potential threats or incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues according to defined procedures.

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant projects, labs, internships, or certifications are encouraged to apply.

• Monitor SOC/NOC dashboards, alerts, logs, and network activity.
• Analyze and investigate basic security alerts and suspicious activities.
• Perform initial incident identification, triage, documentation, and escalation.
• Monitor network devices, servers, applications, and security tools.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and system issues.
• Work with tools such as SIEM, EDR/antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and monitoring platforms.
• Review security and system logs to identify anomalies.
• Create and maintain incident tickets and operational reports.
• Follow security policies, SOPs, and incident-response procedures.
• Escalate critical security or network incidents to L2/L3 teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Participate in shift-based monitoring, if required.
