ITI / Diploma – Mechatronics

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of machines as per engineering drawings and SOPs.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and assembly details.

Understand and assemble machine components such as bearings, keys, couplings, fasteners, and other mechanical parts.

Assist in pneumatic component installation and piping as per pneumatic diagrams.

Perform proper torqueing and fastening of machine components.

Assist in electrical panel and machine wiring activities.

Identify and correctly install electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, power supplies, terminal blocks, motors, and sensors.

Use hand tools and electrical tools safely and correctly.

Follow assembly SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Assist senior engineers during machine assembly, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation and assembly records.

Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, automation, and production teams.
