Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, share product details, and follow up with potential customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer and sales records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
