8–12 years of experience in manufacturing/operations management. Strong expertise in production planning and execution. Hands-on knowledge of press shop, tool room, and assembly operations. Plan and execute production activities across all manufacturing shops.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans against actual achievement.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
Monitor production schedules and proactively address bottlenecks.
Drive OTIF (On Time In Full) performance.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
Improve productivity, machine utilization, and overall operational efficiency.
Monitor OEE and output per man-hour.
Identify capacity constraints and implement corrective actions.
Reduce downtime, idle time, and production losses.
Monitor internal rejection and customer quality performance.
Drive reduction in rejection, rework, and process-related quality issues.
Coordinate with Quality teams for RCA and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and processes.
Control manufacturing and conversion costs.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Improve material, manpower, machine, and energy utilization.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and waste-reduction initiatives.
Lead and manage production and operations teams effectively.
Monitor manpower planning, absenteeism, productivity, and performance.
Promote a strong culture of ownership, discipline, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and applicable standards.
Drive workplace organization through 5S and continuous improvement practices.
