We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Machine Automation with strong expertise in PLC programming, motion control, robotics, vision systems, safety systems, and HMI development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Structured Text (ST) PLC programming, along with excellent analytical and mathematical skills for machine control and ratio calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs.
• Develop PLC software using Structured Text (ST) and Ladder Logic.
• Design and implement motion control systems using servo and stepper motors.
• Develop and integrate robotics applications.
• Implement machine vision systems for inspection and automation.
• Design and implement machine safety logic and safety systems.
• Develop and configure HMI screens and machine interfaces.
• Perform machine commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Calculate and implement accurate software ratios for machine motion and synchronization.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and production teams for machine development.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain proper project records.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support when required.
