Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Assist the HR Head in ensuring smooth HR functions

2. Ensure Employee Welfare and a conducive atmosphere in the team

3. Ensure discipline in the entire working team

4. Strengthen recruitment, Training, and PMS.

5. To ensure Estate Management

6. To monitor surveillance and protection of the estate

7. To ensure vehicle management and fuel management 8. Liaison and maintenance with Govt. Depts.

9. Work with the team for implementation of Safety Policy 10. To ensure hospitality for auditors during various audits from time to time.

Experience and Education

Requirements : Minimum experience of 15 years.

Well experienced in a similar role. Should be a dashing person unafraid to take risks.

Should be a leader capable of leading the team.

Should be well-versed in the latest rules in the HR Domain.
