1. End-to-end Payroll & Salary Processing

2. PF / EPF & ESIC – registration, monthly compliance, contribution and basic operational handling

3. Attendance, Leave & LOP Management

4. Recruitment & End-to-End Hiring

5. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

6. Employee Lifecycle Management – joining, probation, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and exit

7. Full & Final Settlement / Exit Process

8. HRMS experience – preferably Keka or similar HRMS

9. Advanced Excel / HR MIS / HR Reports

10. Basic knowledge of Labour & Statutory Compliance

11. HR Policies & Employee Grievance Handling

12. Basic KRA/KPI & Performance Management understanding
