Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and accurately interpret electrical wiring schematics and drawings with strong attention to detail.

2. Implement and strictly enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.

3. Oversee and coordinate assembly activities, ensuring all stages of the assembly process are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

4. Set production targets, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to ensure objectives are achieved.

5. Continuously identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize output.

6. Identify, address, and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process to minimize delays and downtime.

Other Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.

2. Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

3. Proactive mindset with the ability to view challenges as opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.
