Hands-on network implementation and administration experience, not limited to monitoring.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.

Experience with firewall administration, VPNs, WAN connectivity, and network security.

Exposure to multi-tenant / MSP environments is preferred.

Experience coordinating with ISPs, OEM TAC, and technology vendors.

Exposure to network performance management and SLA reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, or a related field.

Relevant networking certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet, or Palo Alto will be preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting.
